Hope you are enjoying the holidays.

We need more help.

The Half Marathon organisation is well underway and we have had an awesome number of entrants – looks like it’s going to be a fantastic event!

Just wondering if there is anyone (that is not already helping) that would like to help on the day either as a marshal or with registrations.

We have over 600 entries and need support from our community to be a marshal out on the course or doing registrations. This can be with kids. This can be done in shifts if we have the people to help.

26th October: approximately 8am-2pm

All the money raised from this event will be going towards turfing the courts to make all weather playing and practicing facilities for our sports teams.

There is snow up that way so it could be cold this year. The bus will be leaving from school at 9.30 and return by 2.30. Students will be able to leave from Ohingaiti once checked off with teachers.

11:00am Year 3 & 4 Girls race Pink Band

11:15am Year 5 & 6 Boys race Blue Band

11:30am Year 5 & 6 Girls race Yellow Band

11:45am Year 7 & 8 Boys race Green Band

12:00pm Year 7 & 8 Girls race Orange Band

12:15pm Year 3 & 4 Teams race

12:30pm Year 5 & 6 Teams race

12:45pm Year 7 & 8 Teams race

1:00pm Teachers/Parents race emphasis on Parent.

1:20pm Prize giving for all races
