Hay Fundraiser with the FoS Sunday afternoon.

We need your help for a Sunday Hay job at Bryces line. With many of our regular attendees out at a sporting commitment we are needing help with completing this job on Sunday afternoon.
If you can help it would be appreciated as many hands makes the job easier.
We have had amazing support from a range of families so far this year so if you can help it would be appreciated.
Remember all this hard work goes back to providing amazing opportunities for all our students.
Go to the FOS Facebook page or keep an eye out on the alerts.

Curriculum planning Survey

Kia ora,

This survey is to help our school localise & formulate the part of our curriculum that involves Science, Social Science, Health and parts of Technology & the Arts. We want to identify the content and ideas that are both important for our students’ future, as well as reflective of the interests, values and aspirations of our students, parents and wider community.

We still highly value Literacy & Maths of course, and these are certainly key parts of our local curriculum. However this survey is purely to determine what is important for us to teach in the other areas of the New Zealand Curriculum, so our cross-curricular programme can sit alongside what we do in Literacy & Maths.

Please consider the suggested ideas at the top of each box, and consider how important you feel it is for your child to learn about that while at our school. Rate each idea using the 1-5 scale below:

HOW IMPORTANT DO I THINK IT IS FOR MY CHILD TO BE LEARNING THIS?
